Our goal is to create a nurturing environment that promotes the positive development of children cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically. Our understanding of child development, and our understanding that children are always learning, guides every action and interaction; both routine and spontaneous.
Our actions and understandings are grounded in the rich history of sound, peer-reviewed, widely accepted scientific research into child development rather than solely on personal speculation, epiphany, or tradition.
Our continual broadening of our own knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices translates into continual program improvements which ensure each child experiences an overwhelmingly positive early education; providing a firm foundation for personal success in life.
We are a participating partner using the ACCESS Curriculum. ACCESS stands for Assessment-supported, Child Centered, Emergent/negotiated, Science emphasis, and Standards integrated
