Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor developmental milestones and maintain records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
• Supervise and mentor the Assistant Teacher.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Monitor developmental milestones and maintain records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
• Supervise and mentor the Assistant Teacher.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Teacher in daily activities and classroom management.
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Engage in play-based learning activities with children.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.emotional, and cognitive development of each child in our care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; additional coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Previous experience working with young children preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A nurturing and patient demeanor.
